In Lamentations 3:22, Jeremiah writes: The faithful love of the lord never ends! His mercies never cease. In these scriptures, God is talking of His mercy for us that He sent us His son to die for our sins and if He can show such mercy why is it that we can't show some mercy for others? His love and mercy for us never ends so why should our love and mercy end? It all comes down to how we should act and love others who may not be at the place we are or maybe not even know the Lord at all. We shouldn't cram it down their throats or even preach to them, but love them for what they are and where they are. That is showing the true message of the Lord. Mercy is the story of Sam who was sexually and physically abused as a boy. It follows the struggles that he goes through on his way to be shown and accept mercy so that he can heal. Mercy will also allow him to give and receive love through his relationships despite any hardships that he encounters.
Oftentimes, this life brings hardships that cause us to question, "Are you sure this is the plan, God?" Tragedies knock us to the ground and leave us wondering if God is ever going to show up in this mess. Through my personal experience of having a child shot in a school shooting, readers will see how God can take our hurts and even our rebellion to do things our way, and provide healing by surrendering to His grace. Methods for recognizing the importance in relying on God's strength, learning to see things from God's point of view, the part prayer plays in getting through difficulties, how to establish truths about God that we can depend on in good and bad times, and how to forgive those who may have hurt us are covered. Realizing God has allowed certain circumstances into our lives, not only to bring us more in line with His will, but to also bring us to a better understanding of those around us who may be hurting is also a focus of this book.

Peachy, her husband Beau, and their two rambunctious sons live on the family farm in a small town in Canada, just across the border from the U.S.. "When physicians complete their training, they are given a title of "attending" and given full authority to care for patients. Many researchers assume their training process is complete. However, through a sociological ethnographic study of first-year attending at a prestigious pediatric hospital, many unresolved issues emerge: developing a style of doctoring, acquiring an authoritative role, dealing with professional uncertainty, malpractice, balancing work and family life. Understanding the first-year attending's socialization process can help medical educators expand their body of knowledge and improve patient care."

A gripping, suspenseful, deeply satisfying new novel about corruption, deceit, and love. Robbie Feaver (pronounced "favor") is a charismatic personal injury lawyer with a high profile practice, a way with the ladies, and a beautiful wife (whom he loves), who is dying of an irreversible illness. He also has a secret bank account where he occasionally deposits funds that make their way into the pockets of the judges who decide Robbie's cases. Robbie is caught by the Feds, and, in exchange for leniency, agrees to "wear a wire" as he continues to try to fix decisions. The FBI agent assigned to supervise him goes by the alias of Evon Miller. She is lonely, uncomfortable in her skin, and impervious to Robbie's charms. And she carries secrets of her own. As the law tightens its net, Robbie's and Evon's stories converge thrillingly. Scott Turow takes us into, the world of greed and human failing he has made immortal in Presumed Innocent, The Burden of Proof, Pleading Guilty, and The Laws of Our Fathers, all published by FSG. He also shows us enduring love and quiet, unexpected heroism. Personal Injuries is Turow's most reverberant, most moving novel-a powerful drama of individuals trying to escape their characters.
